Everything You Need to Know About How We Work

How much do we charge?

Our pricing is £20 per hour, with the total cost depending on the size of your property and the type of service required. For example, a deep clean may take longer and therefore cost more. Please note, there is a minimum charge of 2 hours per booking.
How many cleaners will be at my property?

Typically, we send 1 to 2 members of our cleaning team to each job.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service?

We do not offer refunds for our cleaning services. However, if you're unhappy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the job being completed. If the issue is valid and service-related, we’ll return and fix the problem at no extra cost within 48 hours.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be present during the cleaning. As long as we have access to your property, we can carry out the cleaning while you’re away. You’ll just come back to a spotless home!
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we ask that you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. This ensures that we can tailor the cleaning to your specific preferences and any sensitivities you may have to certain products. It also allows us to use items that are familiar to you.
